Lifecycle marketing consulting
Following you on social media or YouTube is a visual metric. It does very little for the actual relationship.
That starts when someone signs up to your email list, buys, donates or enrols. Then it goes quiet, and the next campaign has to find them all over again. I design the journey that holds people: onboarding that gets them started, nurture that keeps them close, segmentation so the right message reaches the right person, and reactivation for the ones who drifted.
I learned this on my own audience, and it took me years to perfect the skills.
Offering to purchase directly from a YouTube video or Instagram post was doing next to nothing - but offering to learn more about this topic with a free resource, that did convert nicely.
What worked was an old sales rule: follow-up makes the sale. Publishing more is not follow-up, because a platform decides who sees it. A sequence reaches the person who already raised their hand, on the day it matters to them rather than the day it suited me.
Between 2017 and 2023 that system brought in 610 direct signups, in an industry where that is a high number. Some bought in the first week. Others bought eight months later, from an email they had almost certainly forgotten subscribing to. The second group is the one most organizations never collect, and it is usually the larger one.

These were my two main YouTube channels in Spanish when I reached the 80k subscribers and 5 million views back in 2023.
Established businesses, educational companies with a real body of work, nonprofits whose supporters genuinely care. The shape changes with what you sell or what you are asking for, but the pieces are these.
If what you have is a YouTube channel, a podcast or a creator-led business, and the first problem is that you cannot reach your audience off the platform at all, start here instead: email marketing for creators.
This is the second layer I bring. Twenty years as a professional translator, ATA-certified since 2006, working from English and Swedish into Spanish.
Most organizations discover too late that a translated sequence converts badly. The words are right and nothing lands, because the references, the pacing and the sense of what is polite all belong to somewhere else. What I build is an audience experience that makes sense in the other language and culture, not a translation of one that worked at home.
The Email & Lifecycle Audit shows you where attention is being lost and what to build first, in priority order. You get a clear picture of what is leaking, whether or not you go on to work with me.
Priced per engagement, because a membership with one renewal date and a nonprofit with four donor journeys are not the same job. We work that out on the call. I work in CET, and I keep slots that suit both the Americas and Australia.
This is the English website of Tisha. I offer email and lifecycle marketing for people who already have an audience, and for experts who need something to sell to one.
Once or twice a week I share tips and insights on building and nurturing your audience.
