Third generation of entrepreneurs, working remotely with people in more than forty countries. Most of what I know about turning attention into income, I learned by getting it wrong first in my own business.
I started as a translator and interpreter, working from English and Swedish into Spanish for brands that needed their communications to land somewhere else. I became ATA-certified in 2006 and spent two decades at it. That work taught me something I still use every day: the gap between saying a thing and being understood is wider than most people think, and it is never only about vocabulary.
In 2016 I started making videos for a business of my own, and in January 2017 I opened a Spanish-language YouTube channel in a very narrow niche. It grew slowly, then it grew a lot. Five million views and 80,000 subscribers later, I had learned the lesson that now shapes everything I do: popular is not the same as profitable. The channel paid me almost nothing. The email list behind it paid for my life.
That realisation sent me into email marketing, funnels, segmentation and automation, first for myself and eventually for other people. It also sent me into teaching: I started selling courses in 2018 and have now created more than fifty online trainings for over five thousand paying students. In 2023 I was invited to speak at a European industry convention, which is where my English audience began.
Eighteen of those years were spent in relationship-based direct sales, alongside health coaching and holistic therapies. It is an industry people have opinions about, and I have my own, but it is where I learned how buying decisions actually get made: slowly, through trust, and almost never because of a discount.
One practical note, since it comes up: Leticia is my legal name and the one you will see on contracts and invoices. Tisha is what everyone actually calls me, and it is registered in Sweden too — as Tisha Klemetz for my sole proprietorship and Tisha Klemetz & Co. AB for the company. Both are me.
Alongside the marketing work, I write and talk about spiritual deconstruction: what happens when the framework you were raised inside stops holding, and what you build afterwards. It is a separate body of work with its own audience, and it is where a good deal of my thinking comes from.
All of it is created in Spanish, on YouTube as Antidogmática, on TikTok and on Substack. Every one of those platforms will translate it into English automatically if you want to follow along. [Links to the three channels go here.]
Thirty minutes, no pitch. Whether you need a system built or an offer shaped, the conversation starts the same way.
