For organizations

Lifecycle marketing & audience growth

You have an audience that already values what you make. Most of them leave without ever becoming yours. I design the journey that keeps them: from viewer, listener or reader, to subscriber, to engaged relationship, to client, member, participant or supporter.

I learned this the expensive way

My own videos were popular and sold almost nothing. One viewer told me he had already bought the product elsewhere after watching me, and now wanted free advice. He had not realised I sold it.

Direct calls to action produced nothing either. Buy now. Twenty percent off this week. Zero. What finally worked was an old sales rule: follow-up makes the sale, and more content is not follow-up, because the algorithm decides who sees it.

Once people came off the channel into an email list and got a real sequence, some bought straight away and others bought months later. Without the list, every one of them would have been lost. Between 2017 and 2023 that system brought in 610 direct signups in an industry where that is a high number.

What I build

Podcasts, channels, nonprofits with supporters who genuinely care, educational businesses with a real body of work. The shape of the work changes with what you sell or what you are asking for, but the pieces are these.

  • Positioning and calls to action that give people somewhere to go
  • Lead magnets and email capture that fit what you actually make
  • Welcome and nurture sequences
  • Segmentation, so the right people hear the right thing
  • Lifecycle and retention campaigns
  • Marketing automation simple enough for your team to run without me

Reaching Spanish-speaking audiences

This is the second layer I bring. Twenty years as a professional translator, ATA-certified since 2006, working from English and Swedish into Spanish.

Most organizations discover too late that a translated sequence converts badly. The words are right and nothing lands, because the references, the pacing and the sense of what is polite all belong to somewhere else. What I build is an audience experience that makes sense in the other language and culture, not a translation of one that worked at home.

Start with an audit

The Email & Lifecycle Audit shows you where attention is being lost and what to build first, in priority order. You get a clear picture of what is leaking, whether or not you go on to work with me.

Priced per organization, because a podcast with one offer and a nonprofit with four donor journeys are not the same job. We work that out on the call. I work in CET, and I keep slots that suit the Americas.
