A one-to-one program
You have spent a career getting good at something. Turning that into a program people will pay for is a different skill, and most of the advice out there assumes you want a course factory. This is the opposite of that: the two of us, working one to one, until what you know is an offer somebody can buy.
People who already know their subject, and who already have somewhere to sell it. Therapists, practitioners, consultants, people who have spent years in health, wellness or relationship-based business and have a body of knowledge that currently reaches one person at a time.
You may have a client list, a referral network, a mailing list, a following, a professional community that knows your name: any one of those is enough. It also suits people who have already shifted out of an employee mindset, and who want to empower an audience rather than automate it away. If what you want is a funnel that runs without you ever meeting anyone, I am the wrong person and I will say so on the call.
What this does not include: building you a social media following from zero. If nobody can hear you yet, packaging the offer is the wrong thing to do first, and you would be paying me to build something with nobody to sell it to. Reaching an audience you already have is separate work: see email marketing for creators or lifecycle marketing.
The same mechanics I use for consulting clients, at the scale of one person and one offer.
Live one-to-one sessions, weekly or twice weekly, recorded and transcribed, plus a library of tutorials you keep.
Private individual sessions, not a cohort.
Support continues after the building is done, because the first launch is where most of the real questions appear.
Sessions are scheduled in CET, and I keep slots that work for the Americas and for Australia. Between sessions I am comfortable working async. We work in English or in Spanish, whichever you build in.
"What I appreciate most is her ability to take a broad idea and help turn it into something structured, practical and commercially clear. Tisha brings a thoughtful balance of strategy, challenge and encouragement. She asks the right questions, spots where an idea needs sharpening, and helps move you from simply thinking about something to actually building it. If you are developing a course, programme or online offer and want someone who will help you think it through properly rather than simply hand you a template, I would happily recommend working with Tisha."

Wellness mentor and founder of Horizons For Health · the pilot client for Package Your Expertise
I take a small number of students at a time, because they are genuinely one to one. The call is where we work out whether your expertise is ready to be packaged and whether I am the right person to help you do it.
I'm not sharing the price on this page on purpose. What the work costs depends on how much of it there is, and I would rather tell you honestly after thirty minutes than guess at you now.
Not ready for that yet?
Sell the Result, Not the Recipe is the thinking behind the program, written down. It is really a short course: how to find the offer inside what you already know, why most experts price the recipe instead of the result, and what to do about it.
29 USD. If you work through it and decide you want help doing it properly, you will know what questions to bring to the call.
This is the English website of Tisha. I offer email and lifecycle marketing for people who already have an audience, and for experts who need something to sell to one.
Once or twice a week I share tips and insights on building and nurturing your audience.
